# Worrki — full reference

> Worrki is an AI-powered recruitment agency (Worrki Ltd, UK company No. 17366027) that helps candidates from Africa and Asia get verified European job offers, work permits and relocation support. It also runs a free partner program for recruitment agencies, immigration consultants and independent agents.

Legal note: Worrki provides immigration consulting and document support services. We connect candidates, recruitment agencies and verified European employers. We are not the employer, we are not affiliated with any government, and we do not sell visas or work permits. Employment and visa decisions are made solely by employers and the authorities of each destination country.

## Who we are

Worrki. Built by recruitment insiders. We're a small team pulled from different agencies across the industry — each of us with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience before Worrki. Between us, we've worked with candidates from more than 30 countries.

We've seen plenty of agencies from the inside — and our low tolerance for mediocre process. That became the engine running inside Worrki today. Young company, registered weeks ago. Doesn't mean we don't know exactly what we're doing.

Team:
- Viacheslav Kotov — CEO. Leads Worrki's product and business strategy, with experience scaling recruiting-tech platforms. Focused on faster sourcing for staffing agencies and independent recruiters.
- Den Mazurash — Partner Relations. Builds and manages Worrki's network of recruiting agencies and agents. Works closely with partners to match platform capabilities to real hiring workflows.
- Vadim Sim — Partner Relations. Develops partnerships with staffing agencies and recruiter networks, helping onboard new agents and keep collaboration with Worrki smooth and results-driven.
- Vladislava Belozerova — Marketing & Content. Shapes Worrki's brand voice and content, translating recruiting-industry trends into materials that speak directly to agencies and independent agents.

## How the job offer engine works

1. We scan the entire European job market. Vacancies flow in from official EU job boards through API integrations. Our system screens them against 60 criteria and filters out employers who won't hire international candidates. Only a small fraction survives.
2. We verify each employer personally. For every vacancy that passes the filter, our specialist contacts the employer directly: roles, documents, conditions, relocation terms. Nothing goes live until the employer confirms everything themselves.
3. We prepare every candidate for success. Your personal coordinator — a real person, not an algorithm — matches you with the right vacancy, adapts your CV to the employer's requirements, and carefully reviews your documents. This gives you the strongest possible chance of a successful outcome.

## Candidate process (5 steps)

1. Free scoring — Check your odds before committing to anything. Our short quiz reviews your passport status, background, and target destinations, and tells you where you stand — and what to do next.
2. Free meeting with expert — We review your case in detail — passport status, documents on hand, target destinations — and lay out the realistic paths to working in Europe. No cost, no commitment: you leave knowing exactly where you stand and what to do next.
3. Documents preparation — Once you've picked an offer, our specialists prepare your document package tailored to that employer's exact requirements. This is where our track record counts: 78% of candidates who reach this stage get their applications approved.
4. Job offer received → express delivery — Your documents go to the employer for review. Once approved, you receive your official job offer — and your complete document set, originals included, couriered to you by DHL.
5. Visa application — Everything the embassy needs is already in your hands. Apply with a complete, courier-verified document package — no missing forms, no last-minute scrambling — and walk in with the strongest case you can make.

## Employers hiring through Worrki

- ZON, spol. s r.o. (Třebíč, Czech Republic) — Martin Svoboda, Head of Production: "We turned to Worrki before the 2024 summer season when we were short-staffed on the bottling line. They brought us eight people — five are still with us a year and a half later, and one is now my shift deputy. Documents, housing, onboarding — all handled. Recommended."
- Les Paysans de Rougeline (Marmande, France) — Clément Dubois, Site Production Manager: "Third season working with Worrki. Every spring we need 40–60 pickers for strawberries and raspberries, and it used to be a lottery. Their people arrive prepared — they know the job and the conditions. Seasonal turnover dropped by half, some return every year, and two stayed on permanent contracts in our packing workshop."
- Bethlen Estates Transylvania (Criș, Romania) — Andreea Moldovan, Operations Manager: "Finding staff for a small luxury hotel in a rural Transylvanian village is nearly impossible. Worrki found us housekeeping and kitchen staff who genuinely want to work in hospitality. Three of them are still with us since 2023, and our guests keep praising the cleanliness and attention to detail. That's their work."
- Rouge Alpilles (Fontvieille, France) — Marie Rousseau, Farm Owner: "I thought agencies only work with big farms — not true. They found us six blueberry pickers; four came back the next season. Thank you."

## Candidate reviews

All thanks to Mr. Viacheslav, Mark, and Tatiana, my personal manager, who was always available to answer my questions."
- Benjamin Asamoah (Ghana, 13.08.24): "Thank you so much to my personal manager Rafael and Mr. Viacheslav for handling all the visa services and giving me the opportunity to start a new life in Poland. Thank you for all your care and help! You made my dreams come true!"
- Lydia Karisa (Kenya, 27.01.26): "I really want to thank Mr. Viacheslav, the CEO of Worrki, and my manager Anastasia for guiding me through my visa application process and helping me get my work permit. I'm now working in Poland."

## FAQ

### Who can become a Worrki partner?
Any recruitment agency, immigration consultant, or independent agent with an existing audience of candidates. You apply, we run a short verification, and you're in. No joining fee.

### How do I start?
Submit your application and complete a short questionnaire. One of our experts will contact you to discuss the cooperation and explain how you can benefit from working with Worrki.

### Can I see vacancies and prices before paying anything?
Yes. After a short verification you get read-only access to live vacancies, employer details and our full terms. You pay only when you decide to start.

### What do I receive after applying?
Within 24 hours, you'll receive our full offer, the complete price list of services, and a call with a partner manager. New partners who start within their first month get special terms.

### How do I earn with Worrki?
You receive cases at partner terms and set your own price for your market. Your margin is the difference — and it's yours. We don't cap it and we don't touch your client relationship.

### What if the visa is refused?
If the visa is refused due to an issue with the documents provided by us, you will receive either a full refund or a free reapplication. Our goal is to help you obtain your visa successfully, as your success is directly in our company's best interest.

### Who communicates with my client — you or me?
You. The platform works under your brand: your logo, your tracking page, your client relationship. We stay invisible in the back office.

### Is my client protected from being taken direct?
Contractually. A non-circumvention clause locks every client to you, including all their future services for 3 years — residence permits, employer changes, family paperwork. Your share keeps coming.

### How long does a case take?
Depends on the destination — from a few weeks to about three months. Our fastest case so far: from complete documents to job offer in 7 days. Your manager gives a realistic timeline before you commit.

### How do you verify employers?
Our specialists check the company through official registries, documents and track record, then confirm the vacancy directly with the employer: roles, conditions, documents, relocation terms. Nothing is published until it's confirmed.

### What does my client see during the process?
A live tracking page under your brand: documents → job offer → visa, updated in real time. Your client asks you less, and trusts you more.

### What documents does a candidate need to start?
To get started, you'll need a valid international passport. The remaining documents depend on the destination country you choose.

### How can I trust you?
You can verify our registration, meet our team on a video call, review the partnership agreement and payment structure, and use only official company payment channels.

### Why is your company registration so recent?
The company is new, but our team is not new to employment immigration. Our specialists have worked in this industry for 5–8 years within larger companies, and Worrki was created to build a more transparent, modern and partner-focused model.

### Can I apply without experience or Polish?
Some offers accept candidates without experience. The logistics role in Stryków explicitly lists no experience and no Polish requirement. Other roles are assessed individually; your manager confirms the requirements before you choose an offer.

### Is accommodation included?
The supplied Polish offers list paid accommodation. Room arrangements and deductions depend on the role; some offers provide a supplement if you arrange your own housing. Your manager explains the conditions before you proceed.

### What does net monthly pay mean?
Net pay means pay after tax and social contributions. Housing and other offer-specific deductions can still affect the amount you receive. The figures shown are indicative offer amounts, not guaranteed earnings; confirm hours, deductions and final pay with your manager.

### Does a 3-year work permit mean a 3-year visa?
No. A work permit and permission to enter or stay are separate. A Polish national D visa is valid for a maximum of one year. The permit duration depends on the role and the authority’s decision; your manager explains the route applicable to your case.

### How long does the process take?
The Polish programme guide estimates 2–4 months for employer-document preparation. Appointment availability and visa consideration add further time and depend on the consular office and your case. These are estimates; your manager confirms the current position before you proceed.

### Do I have to attend the visa appointment myself?
Yes. You submit your visa application in person where required by the consular office. Worrki helps organise your documents and prepare for the appointment; it does not replace you at the consulate.

### Are these roles open right now?
Your manager confirms current openings with the employer after reviewing your profile. The roles and indicative conditions on this page come from our Polish programme materials; availability, employer approval and the final offer are confirmed individually.

### Is visa approval guaranteed?
Employment decisions are made by employers, and visa and residence decisions are made by the relevant authorities. Worrki provides consultation, coordination and document support; this support does not guarantee approval.
